Sunday Access Before 8:00 am:
Guests leaving before 8:00 am need to utilise their access cards* to enter and exit the car park.
Sunday Access Between 8:00 am and 10:30 am:
Guests leaving the car park between 8:00 am and 10:30 am will need to ring the UTS Security via intercom at the exit gate. Simply ring the staff and advise that you are a guest at the Vulcan Hotel and they will remotely open the boom gate for you.
Exiting After 10:30 am:
For guests exiting after 10:30 am, normal procedures will resume, and staff will be available at the cashier exit office to assist. Please handover the parking voucher from the hotel reception and the parking staff will open the boom gate for you.
*After-hours access cards are available at reception.
The car park operator is not liable for any damage. The maximum height clearance is 2.15 meters.
Car parking cannot be reserved at the time of booking. Should the car park be full please ask the front desk for the closest parking option.
